Leasing
SUTTER EQUIPMENT COMPANY now offers a competitive leasing program for its trail equipment. Here is some general information:
The program includes new and used SUTTER trail dozers, new excavators and new rubber track carriers.
The program covers U.S. and international leases.
Typical program details:
- Lease amounts range from $10,000 to over $250,000
- Lease terms range from 3 years to over 8 years
- Usual requirements include a minimum of 2 years in business, plus first and last month payments
- There are two types of leases offered:
- Lease/Finance
This type lease is designed so that at the lease term end, the Lessee will own the equipment upon payment of $1.00. It also has depreciation deduction advantages.
- True Lease
This type lease will have slightly lower monthly payments and at the end of the lease term the Lessee has the option of purchasing the equipment, typically for approximately 10% of the purchase price, or turning the equipment back. In this case only the lease payments may be deductible.
These are general parameters. More specific details will be determined when an application is submitted.
Normally, once an application is submitted, it will take only 1 or 2 weeks for approval.
